Focus Martial Arts is a student -oriented style where the needs of a our students are foremost in our teaching, we aim to offer the best possible Instruction and example to all. Our students are on a journey through the Martial Arts and are dedicated to improving themselves mentally, physically and spiritually.

>> Weapons update

Our weapons training is progressing steadily, as some of you know we introduced the Bo Staff and Kali sticks to our syllabus, starting with the black belts and working our way down through the grades. Once the black belts improved their weapons skills we introduced them to our trainee Instructors (brown belts and up). They have proven to be very popular and a great choice of weapons among all our students.
